1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These terms and conditions establish the rules and obligations for accessing and using the website www.feyoeditions.com and for purchasing the products contained therein (hereinafter referred to as the "Conditions").

1.2 It is the responsibility of the User to read the conditions in force at the time of using the site or concluding the contract, since the conditions may be altered at any time without prior notice.

1.3 The site www.feyoeditions.com may contain links to other pages and therefore these conditions do not apply to third party sites. For this reason, if the User visits another site, redirected from our site, he/she must read and be governed by the respective Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. PERSONAL DATA
2.1 Please read carefully our Privacy Policy, where we explain what personal data is collected and how it is treated. The use of the website www.feyoeditions.com and the purchase of products through it, presupposes the knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User. If you do not agree with all the conditions and with the privacy policies, the User should not use this site.

3. USER REGISTRATION
3.1. The User, by benefiting from the site's services, agrees that all the information provided is true, current and complete, guaranteeing that this information will be updated whenever necessary. If any information supplied is incorrect, FEYO will be exonerated of any contractual obligations.

3.2 The User may revoke their registration on the site and their data will be eliminated, as well as the email address and password to access the area reserved for Users on the pages of the domain www.feyoeditions.com. 3.3 By placing an order through this site, the User declares to be over 18 years of age and to possess the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3.4 If the User does not wish to register, they may, at any time, make the desired purchase as a guest, without the need to create a User profile, supplying the essential data to carry out the transaction.

3.5 As a condition of permitted use under these Conditions, the User undertakes not to breach good behaviour and to respect any and all legal provisions by using the website correctly and appropriately in strict compliance with these Conditions which the User has read, understood and accepted in their entirety and without any reservations.

4. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
4.1 To order at www.feyoeditions.com, it is necessary that the User has an e-mail account and that his browser is configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, which will allow him to enjoy all the navigation conditions of the online store.

4.2. By placing your order, you are entering into a purchase contract with FEYO (hereinafter the "Contract") and accepting its terms and conditions of purchase and privacy policy.

4.3 After you place your order, you will receive an email order confirmation and payment method instructions.

4.4 After payment, your order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated in the purchase process and with an itemized invoice.

5. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
5.1 All orders for products will be subject to availability. Accordingly, if any difficulty occurs with the supply of products or if products are not in stock, we will inform you immediately of the unavailability and refund any amount paid by you within 30 days.

5.2 The items displayed on this website are available for delivery worldwide.

6. PRICE
6.1 The price of each product is as shown on our website at all times. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due at checkout.

6.2 All purchases made through this website are subject to the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate in force in Portugal.

6.3 In the event that we detect an error in the price of any of the products ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order with the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled and the total amount paid will be refunded. If there is an error in the price of the products ordered, FEYO or the User may, until the order is dispatched, cancel the order.

6.4 The prices of the products displayed on the website are subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, and the prices displayed at the time of purchase are those applied to that purchase. Any such changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation.

6.5 All prices are quoted in Euros (€). Please note that changing the country of delivery can have an influence on prices due to different transport costs. Customs costs relating to the country of delivery of the order will be borne by the customer.

6.6- If your bank account is in another currency, the exchange rate applied to debit your bank account will be automatically determined by the bank/paypal and not by FEYO.

7- METHODS OF PAYMENT
7.1 When completing an order, the User has the following payment methods at his disposal: Paypal, MBWAY, Bank Transfer and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Affinity Card) through the payment provider Stripe.

7.2 No other payment methods other than those mentioned in the previous point will be accepted. You should not attempt to pay by any means other than the specified payment methods. If you do so, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of the payment or any other damages that may result.

8- SHIPPING COSTS
8.1 All orders will have an associated shipping cost. For Europe and the rest of the world, orders may be subject to customs charges, depending on the country of delivery.

9- DELIVERY
9.1 Without prejudice to the provisions of paragraph 5, concerning the availability of products, and except in extraordinary circumstances, we will try to deliver your order within an estimated period of 3 to 5 working days for Portugal and Spain, and 7 to 10 days for other countries of the European Union or other Continent, after receipt of payment.

9.2 Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, delays may occur for reasons beyond our control. If delivery cannot be made on the date scheduled, we will inform you of this circumstance and you may exercise your rights under applicable law.

9.3 Deliveries are made Monday through Friday (business days) only. FEYO has a partnership with MRW for shipments within Portugal and Spain, and with CTT for shipments to other Members of the European Union or to another continent.

9.4 All items are delivered in secure packaging. If you detect external damage to the packaging of the product, you must report this defect to the carrier at the time of delivery, also making reference to such damage on the proof of delivery. 9.5 Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place upon signature of the delivery receipt at the agreed address.

10- EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
10.1 Right to free contract resolution

10.1.1 In accordance with legally established consumer rights, the customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 days after its conclusion without the need to state any reason, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

10.1.2 To exercise the right to free termination of the contract, the customer may, before the expiry of the contract termination period, contact us via email editionsfeyo@gmail.com or social media (Instagram). Free termination model.

10.1.3 If you terminate the Contract, we will refund the amount paid for the products, with the exception of shipping and delivery costs. This refund will be made using the same form you used for the original transaction and you will not be charged any additional fees.

10.1.4 We may, however, withhold the refund until we receive the products back, and after reviewing and confirming the status of the order.

10.1.5 The condition of the products will only be validated by the following:

(a) The product(s) has not been used;

b) The product(s) maintain(s) their original characteristics;

c) The product(s) is (are) complete. All material that accompanies the orders must be returned.

10.1.6. Upon return, the respective products must be returned in the same packaging received, with an invoice printout.

11. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
11.1 In cases where you consider that, at the time of delivery, the product does not correspond to what was indicated in the conditions of sale, you have two months legally established to communicate the situation to us. You will then be informed of the procedure to be adopted.

11.2 As legally established, you may, as an alternative to terminating the contract, opt for the replacement of the respective product.

11.3 The replacement of the product or the reimbursement of the price shall occur as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days.

11.4 The amount paid for products returned for any damage or defect will be refunded in full.

11.5 The return must be made by the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.

12. EXCHANGE OF ARTICLES
12.1 If the article purchased by the customer does not correspond to the appropriate size, the customer has the possibility to request an exchange of size, bearing the costs associated with the delivery of the new article, even if returning the original article.

12.2 Request a size or model exchange through the aforementioned e-mail (editionsfeyo@gmail.com).

12.3 The deadline for product exchange is 14 days from the day of delivery, in accordance with Decree-Law 24/2014.

12.4 Important to realize that if after 14 days from the date of the size or model exchange request, the original article has not been delivered, we reserve the right to charge the customer the costs related to the new order generated.

12.5 For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, you may request a size change by sending the product by mail to the address that will be presented to you by e-mail.

12.6 Shipping costs will only be borne by us in the event of a defective or incorrect product. In all other cases, shipping costs will be borne by the Customer.

12.7 The item must be returned in or with the original packaging. It must also include all product instructions, labels, documents and packaging.

12.8 We reserve the right to examine the product and to refuse the exchange if it is made after the deadline established for this purpose and/or if the items are not in the same condition in which they were received by the Customer.

13. COMPLAINTS
With a view to the objective of continuous improvement of the services provided, we seek to attend to and resolve all the complaints you may have. 14. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Alternative dispute resolution is the possibility that all consumers have of resorting to official entities that may assist them in resolving or guiding any dispute.
